I've been on to my man at the council to do something about it :

Hi Greg,

Don't know if you're aware of the alleyway that runs behind Saffron House in Whitehall, from Devon Road to Johnsons Road, BS5 9AD ?
It's always been a flytipping hotspot and used to have a red 'No Flytipping' notice, before it was pulled down.

There's been a huge amount of assorted rubbish there for some time - along the whole length of the path - some of which you can see in the attached photos.

It would be good if some action could be taken about it.

Dunno what bugs me more - that people dump stuff, or that I'm the only one it seems to bother enough to take action.

It Is now added to my Weekly Checks, I will check with cleansing contractor for frequency.
